Mummys Pregnancy
We were inside Mummys tummy for a total of 34 weeks.
At first Mummy & Daddy didn't know that there was going to be 2 of us arriving. Mummys tummy was growing quite quickly, she thought that she was eating too much! Everything became clear when Mummy & Daddy went to Milton Keynes Hospital to have the first scan at 12 weeks. The Sonographer asked them if there was any history of twins in the family, to which they replied with a resounding 'NO'. Daddys jaw almost hit the floor when he saw the scan.
Below are pictures of us at that 12 week scan -

Further scans were booked in for every four weeks. At 17 weeks Mummy & Daddy decided to have an extra scan to see if we were going to be be boys or girls. We turned out to be one of each. Just perfect!
We were growing nicely (although we were both lying in a transverse position) and pretty soon you could see our little arms and legs. Here are our pictures from the 20 week scan -

Soon after this we were getting bigger every day and it was getting very cramped, therefore the scan pictures were hard to make out from here on in. We did enjoy poking a head, arm or leg against Mummys tummy.
After 32 weeks Mummys friends at work arranged a baby shower for Mummy. We received lots of lovely gifts and there was this wonderful cake too.

Mummy & Daddy bought a plaster of Paris kit to take a cast of Mummys tummy, they decided it was time to make it at 32 weeks as Mummy thought she couldn't get much bigger. It's a good job they did or they may have run out of time!

The last scan was booked for 36 weeks, Mummy never made it to this scan as you will soon find out...........
